Home Renovation Design In Langley

Michael from Koutnik Construction reached out to us looking forward in renovating this property located in the city of Langley.

The scope of work included: Improve the curb appeal of this property home by renovating its façade but most importantly to renovate the deck in their rear yard.

We provided our on-site measuring services and we were able to complete the drawings ready for engineering in 3 days. The rear deck design consists of a two-level balcony with an aluminum roof and skylights. It includes a jacuzzi on the bottom platform, perfect to spend time with the family and friends.

As we were the agents for this project, we provided the physical copies of the plans and filled the application forms required for submission. We stayed in contact with the city during the review process and the permit was issued promptly.
