Downtown Stepho’S Greek Taverna Outdoor Patio Permit

In this opportunity, our client was the owner of Stepho’s Greek Taverna. Stepho was looking to create an outdoor patio as a new setting for his clients to enjoy.

In this project, we provided our on-site measuring service to verify some measurements found in the original plans. Then we proceeded the consultation process to decide the best layout for the patio.

We prepared a few sketches to refine the idea before jumping into developing the plans. We took into consideration the amount of tables, the height and material of the guard and the surroundings as well. We managed to arrange eight new tables in the outdoor patio under the shade of an existing tree.

In our plans, we included details to relocate a bike bollard and a threshold detail, a threshold makes the seating area accessible for people in wheelchair and trip hazard free as it covers the gap between the wood platforms and the curb.

We enjoyed the opportunity to prepare the permit drawings for this tenant improvement in Vancouver. The construction is complete as you can see in the gallery below.
